The two main pillars of any manufacturing driven economy are Quality and Productivity. Taking a step in this direction for the Indian Industry, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry & Quality Council of India, supported by National Productivity Council, Bureau of Indian Standards & Industry Chambers like CII, FICCI & ASSOCHAM are organizing “Udyog Manthan” – a marathon of focused sector-specific webinars.
The webinars aim to draw in best practices and experiences of sector and industry experts to identify challenges related to quality and productivity, faced by Indian Industry, with a view of solving them to promote Vocal for Local and ultimately Aatmanirbhar Bharat. It is being held from January 4, 2021 to March 2, 2021.

• ​The webinar will cover various major sectors in manufacturing and services involving discussions led by sectoral and industry experts in a particular sector. Participants will include representatives from industry, testing and standardization bodies. 
• Udyog Manthan will identify challenges, opportunities; draw upon solutions and best practices. The conversations will enable learning across industries and sectors for enhancing quality and productivity to promote 'Vocal for Local' and realizing the vision of 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat'.
