Indian Navy with Indonesian Navy from 30th July 2021 to 31 July 2021. The 36th edition of INDIA – INDONESIA COORDINATED PATROL(CORPAT) between India and Indonesia witness participation of Maritime Patrol Aircraft from both nations. The exercise, being conducted as a ‘non-contact, at sea only’ exercise in view of COVID-19 pandemic, highlights the high degree of mutual trust and confidence, synergy and cooperation between the two friendly navies.

The 12th edition of exercise maritime exercise between Indian Navy and Russian Navy was held in the Baltic Sea from 28th July to 29th July 2021. Exercise INDRA NAVY-21, being conducted despite the constraints imposed by the pandemic, enables further strengthen mutual confidence, inter-operability and enable sharing of best practices between both Navies. The exercise is another milestone in strengthening cooperation between the two navies and reinforce the long-standing bond of friendship between the two countries.
Sources : PIB The BRICS Counter Terrorism Action Plan that will strengthen counter-terror cooperation among the members of the grouping has been finalised. The discussion in this regard was held at the sixth meeting of the BRICS Counter Terrorism Working Group held on 28th July 2021 to 29th July 2021. The meeting of the Working Group, held virtually, saw participation from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa — the member countries of the grouping. It will also curb travel of terrorists, strengthen border control and protect soft targets. The Action Plan is expected to come up for adoption during the meeting of BRICS National Security Advisors scheduled in August.

Sources : PIB India’s nomination of Rudreswara Temple(Ramappa Temple) in the state of Telangana has been inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage list. The decision was taken at the 44th session of the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO on 25th July 2021.
Rudreswara(Ramappa) Temple The Rudreswara temple was constructed in 1213 AD during the reign of the Kakatiya Empire by RecharlaRudra, a general of Kakatiya king Ganapati Deva. The presiding deity here is RamalingeswaraSwamy. It is also known as the Ramappa temple, after the sculptor who executed the work in the temple for 40 years. The temple complexes of Kakatiyas have a distinct style, technology and decoration exhibiting the influence of the Kakatiyan sculptor. European merchants and travelers were mesmerized by the beauty of the temple and one such traveler had remarked that the temple was the "brightest star in the galaxy of medieval temples of the Deccan". About Project-75(I) Project-75(I) envisages indigenous construction of six modern conventional submarines. This would provide a major boost to the indigenous design and construction capability of submarines in India, in addition to bringing in the latest submarine design and technologies as part of the project. Annual Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) on employment and unemployment is conducted by National Statistical Office (NSO), Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. As per the PLFS Quarterly Report April-June 2020, quarterly unemployment rate is 20.8%. The complete picture of employment/unemployment situation in the country can be assessed only from survey data for entire year covering both rural and urban areas.
About Annual Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) The Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) was designed with two major objectives for measurement of employment and unemployment. The first was to measure the dynamics in labour force participation and employment status in the short time interval of three months for only the urban areas in the Current Weekly Status (CWS). Second one was, for both rural and urban areas, to measure the labour force estimates on key parameters in both usual status. Indian Navy accepted the first two of its MH-60R Multi Role Helicopters (MRH) from US on 16 Jul 21. The Indian Navy is procuring 24 of these Multi Role Helicopters (MRH) helicopters manufactured by Lockheed Martin under foreign military sales from the US government at an estimated cost of $2.4 billion.

This test kit can produce results within 30 minutes. ‘COVIHOME’ test kit was to break the transmission chain through affordable testing. Each test costs around ₹400 now. However, mass production of the testing kit will help to reduce the cost to around ₹300 per test.

Benefit The proposed extension of tenure and addition in its terms of reference shall enable the “Commission” to submit a comprehensive report on the issue of sub-categorization of OBCs, after consultation with various stake holders.
