The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is a domestic Twenty20 cricket championship in India, organized by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), among the teams from Ranji Trophy. It is named after the famous Indian test cricketer, Syed Mushtaq Ali. The 2006-2007 inaugural season of this trophy was won by Tamil Nadu under the captaincy of Dinesh Karthik. The tournament will begin on January 10 with the final scheduled to take place on January 31.The tournament will feature 38 teams across six different groups - five Elite groups and one Plate group.

Agreement for the financial support of the implementation of Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States (STARS) project of Ministry of Education was signed with World Bank. The total project cost of STARS project is Rs 5718 crore with the financial support of World Bank amounting to US $ 500 million (approximately Rs. 3700 crore) and rest coming as State share from the participating States, over a period of 5 years.
About Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States (STARS) project Financed by : World Bank Implemented by : Ministry of Education (MoE) The Program aims to improving the overall monitoring and measurement activities in the Indian school education system through interventions in selected states. At the State level, the project will be implemented through the integrated State Implementation Society (SIS) for Samagra Shiksha. The proposed World Bank support under STARS is primarily in the form of a results-based financing instrument called Program for Results (PforR). The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by Prime Minister of india has given its approval for the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of copra for 2021 season. The MSP for Fair Average Quality (FAQ) of milling copra has been increased, by Rs. 10335/- per quintal for 2021 season from Rs. 9960/- per quintal in 2020.

Kalaripayattu Kalaripayattu, also known simply as Kalari, is an Indian martial art that originated in modern-day Kerala, a state on the southwestern coast of India. Mallakhamb Mallakhamb is a traditional sport, originating from the Indian subcontinent, in which a gymnast performs aerial yoga. Gatka Gatka is a style of fighting with wooden sticks that originated in Punjab in the 15th Century. Originally called Shastar Vidya, it began as a means to defend righteousness and is considered both a spiritual and physical practice. Thang Ta Thang Ta is the traditional martial art of Manipur in Northeast India. This is 125 Kg class smart weapon, capable of engaging ground enemy airfield assets such as radars, bunkers and runways etc. up to a range of 100 kms. The high precision guided bomb is light weight as compared to weapon system of the same class. “ShramShakti”, a National Migration Support Portal launched virtually by the Union Minister of Tribal Affairs. It would effectively help in the smooth formulation of state and national level programs for migrant workers.
